Beach Sand
2 Yoga Classes Or Workshops Per Day

Ranging from slow, sloth-like stretches to fiery, ocean-like flows, move through Jaime’s playful, sensory-rich sequences inspired by the jungle, alongside Valérie’s breath-led Ashtanga practices rooted in alignment and tradition. You'll get at least 2 yoga classes per day!

Flexibility & Space

For some, Living Well means to explore and stay in movement the whole week. Others will Live Well by connecting with the peace and quiet. You get to choose the classes you want to take, the activities that interests you. This is YOUR retreat.

Optional Activities & Excursions

From Jungle Excursions to Soundbath Ceremonies, Bonfires on the Beach...We'll have a lot of optional activities and excursions on and off the premises to offer you! And keep in mind that you're a 10-minute walk away from the beach, and there's free bike rental and shuttles to and from! And if you're more a pool person, Bodhi Tree has many to offer.

A Day Sample in Nosara with Us

This is an example of what your day could look like at the retreat. The complete schedule, including activities, classes, and times, will be provided a few months prior to the retreat's start. We will host an opening and closing ceremony at the beginning and end of the trip, as well as numerous other opportunities for connection.

7:30 am

Morning Yoga with Valérie or Jaime

Your day begins with a dynamic flow (or gentle practice, depending on the day), lasting anywhere between 60 and 120 minutes. The class leaves you feeling awakened in your body and soul, your energy boosted, and it sets the tone for the sunny day ahead.

9:30 am

Breakfast at the Bodhi Buffet

You head to the beautiful buffet for a nourishing breakfast featuring fresh tropical fruits, homemade granola, and locally inspired dishes. There are plenty of options to accommodate all dietary needs, giving you the fuel you need for a fulfilling day ahead.

10:30 am

Beach Bumming

After a nourishing breakfast, you grab a good book, a rental bike, and a few good friends, and cycle down to the beach to spend the rest of the morning there. You already know you'll be getting a fresh coconut to pair with your reading.

1 pm

Lunch at the Bodhi Buffet

Sun-kissed and salty from your beach escape, you return to the resort just in time for lunch. The buffet is vibrant and nourishing, offering plant-based dishes alongside fresh seafood and ethically sourced meats. Whether you’re craving something light and crunchy or warm and grounding, there's something for everyone.

2 pm

Massage at the Onsite Spa

The early afternoon is yours. You decide to get a massage at the on-site spa, as the day before's hike in the jungle left you feeling fulfilled but a little sore, so you decide to give your muscles some TLC.

4 pm

Juice Bar Hang
As the day begins to soften, you stop by the Bodhi Tree juice bar for a tropical pick-me-up. Think cold-pressed juices, raw treats, or maybe a locally grown coffee if you’re feeling cozy.

6 pm

Dinner at the Bodhi Buffet
You gather with the group for a relaxed dinner filled with colorful, nourishing food and heartfelt conversation. With the sun setting and the jungle sounds rising, it’s the perfect close to an already dreamy day.

7:30 pm

Evening Yoga with Jaime or Valérie
Just before bed, you step into a candlelit shala for the final class of the day. A slow, restorative practice or a deeply restful Yoga Nidra guides you inward—offering space to release, reset, and soften. It’s the exhale your body has been waiting for.

9 pm

Unwind & Drift
After class, you quietly return to your room, the jungle alive with nighttime sounds. Maybe you take a rinse under the open-air shower, light some incense, or journal on the balcony. Sleep comes easily here.
