Mommy-Baby Yoga
With Stéphanie Théorêt

A little bit about Stéphanie Théorêt
Stephanie has been a yoga teacher for over 11 years and is a massotherapist in polarity and a doula. She has a passion for human beings and movement and has multiple certifications, including restorative, therapeutic, post & prenatal, and yin yoga. She supports the being towards a connection to a quest for meaning, to the connection to its resources, and towards physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She also shares the teachings of cycles, seasons, femininity, and moons. We are an integral part of nature; it influences us, nourishes us and allows us to connect with ourselves. The passage of motherhood is a critical moment, perinatal yoga has been part of her teachings since her beginnings. Honouring the passage of motherhood, taking the time to settle down with baby, being seen, heard and supported, this is what she aims to share with mommy-baby yoga!

Awakening the Meridians: Spirit of Autumn
with Mona-Elizabeth Assaf
Join us in this healing journey, inviting Autumn's self-reflective nature and allowing the free flow of Qi.
This workshop introduces a sequence of poses designed to release stagnant energy by stretching and awakening the Chinese Meridians. As you let go of tension in every pose, we will discuss each meridian's emotional significance and patterns. It is a wonderful moment of deep relaxation and self-observation, using movement and breath in a transformative experience.
This workshop will include a short discussion about the energetic influence of the Season (autumn) according to Chinese Medicine, including how to cultivate and optimize Qi (vital energy) and a brief summary of what foods to enjoy and avoid. It will be followed by a guided meditation consisting of a stretching sequence on the mat.
