A Workshop for People with Female Anatomy

Saturday, August 16 | Pelvic Floor Awareness | 1 to 3:30 pm

🧠 Join us for an informative workshop designed to educate people with female anatomy about the pelvic floor's structure, functions, and common issues. We will discuss effective strategies for managing urinary incontinence and pelvic pain.

✨ The workshop will incorporate breathing techniques and targeted movements to support pelvic floor function.

💪 By the end of the session, participants will feel empowered and confident in their ability to address changes.

About Cindy

Cindy has undergone persistent training with trailblazing women in both Canada and the USA to acquire knowledge that encompasses a whole-mind and whole-body approach. 

 

She is continually learning to deepen her skills to help people with female anatomy take back the driver seat and navigate the world in confidence

Spa Yoga Late Summer

with Andie & Marie Neige

🫐 Late Summer, a season unto itself according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a time for decrease, as the heat starts to slow down, as well as abundance, as the fruits become ready to be harvested.  It is a time to recognize the fruits of our labour, as we see the results of our spiritual practice. 

 

🌳 This season is associated with the element of earth, bringing to mind the image of Mother Earth, who is always going to care for us.  Late summer is the time to slow down, trusting that she will provide for us.  It’s time to gather the fruit from the tree and rest under it to enjoy it.  

 

🙏 As we slow ourselves down into this Spa Yoga Late Summer Workshop, we will remind ourselves of the hard work we have put into our spiritual practice, and notice the fruits that have come of it.  This is a perfect time for gratitude!

 

About Andie

Having grown up in Ontario, Andie then moved to Asia, where she learned Thai Massage and Yoga (500 hours in Thailand and India), as well as many other healing modalities. In 2018, she settled in Quebec and began her own business, Mudra Metta Wellness, in 2020. The name means ‘taking care of yourself first, then taking care of others.’ Andie is passionate about self-care and encourages everyone to prioritize filling their cups. Since 2010, Andie has been providing Thai massages and has over 6 years of experience teaching yoga (vinyasa, Hatha, and yin) and is thrilled to teach regularly at the Well!

 

About Marie Neige

Passionate about ancestral healing methods, Marie Neige has studied Ayurveda, neo-shamanism, and bio-cosmo-energy while developing her unique practice: synergistic massage. In 2022, she became a certified meditation teacher and is currently pursuing advanced training with Dr. Vasant Lad. Her holistic approach aims to guide everyone toward profound and lasting well-being.

From September 4 to October 9 | Care, Knowledge, Compassion  | Thursdays 10:30 to 11:45 am 

This 6-week yoga series is designed specifically for people with female anatomy who want to better understand and care for their pelvic floor—an essential yet often overlooked part of our physical and emotional well-being.

Each week, you’ll be guided through a gentle yet powerful practice that blends breath awareness, mindful movement (on the mat and chairs), and deep relaxation. By focusing on the whole breath cycle and subtle physical awareness, you’ll begin to feel more connected to your body, your breath, and your core.

This series is especially supportive for those who:
  • Experience urinary incontinence or urgency

  • Are postpartum (recently or years later)

  • Are peri- or post-menopausal

  • Have pelvic organ prolapse

  • Experience pelvic pain or tension

  • Want to feel more grounded and embodied

  • are simply curious about how yoga can support core and pelvic health
