Create Your Vision

with Jaime Moar

We put a lot of pressure on the New Year. We feel the need to make resolutions, to transform and make significant changes in our lives, to implement life-changing habits that actually stick. Yet the reality is, these self-imposed changes often come from a place of logic, from a place of ‘shoulds.’ We feel pressure from the outside to make our lives look a certain way, and that is what we think we need to strive for. New Year, new you, right? Wrong! In fact, you are wonderful.

Which is why we’ve created an afternoon for you to spend time with yourself. To drop out of your head and into your body. An evening of presence, vision boarding, and gathering in community to set in motion a life that comes from your true desires. This will be a safe space to let go of your inhibitions and to dream freely, openly, and honestly.

Dress comfortably and bring a journal and your favourite mug. Everything necessary for the vision board crafting will be provided, but if you have extra magazines at home, feel free to bring them!

A Massage Workshop
with Marlene Bovenmars

Would you like to receive a deeply satisfying, relaxing massage regularly, free of charge? And how about treating the people you love with the gift of a nurturing touch?

Invite a friend, lover, family member or anyone else you'd be comfortable touching and being touched by - and come and join us for a memorable Valentine’s Day workshop that will equip you to give massages with confidence.

Can't find someone available to join you? You can still sign up if you're comfortable forming a massage duo with another participant.

We'll cover the feet, legs, back, shoulders, hands, and face, and you'll leave fully relaxed, with love in your heart and a smile on your face.

You'll get a handout with all the techniques so that you can keep practicing and enjoying the power of Thai massage at home.

Marlene is a Thai massage therapist and an intimacy, relationship and sexuality coach at a non-profit co-operative called Unime.

Her passion is to guide people to develop deeper, more authentic relationships with themselves and others, and to (re)discover how their relationships and bodies can be a source of energy, joy, calm, and pleasure.

She offers massages and massage workshops for individuals, couples, and families (with kids). She also facilitates courses on body appreciation, sexuality, and intimate relationships and offers private coaching sessions for individuals and couples.

From Angst to Agency

with Diane Rollert

In anxious times, anxiety can feel like the background hum of everyday life. We worry about our relationships, our communities, our futures, and the changes unfolding around us. This workshop invites you to pause, turn toward that angst with curiosity, and begin transforming it into agency.

Led by Diane Rollert, From Angst to Agency combines centering practices, gentle movement, group exercises, and time for personal reflection. Using the framework of family systems theory, we’ll explore how we, as individuals, families, and communities, respond to worry, fear, and change, and how those patterns shape how we move through the world.

Humans are wired to be alert to danger, so feeling anxious is not a personal failing. It’s a deeply human response. The question is not how to eliminate anxiety, but how to understand it, relate to it differently, and find steadiness within it. This workshop introduces practical building blocks for reducing anxiety and drawing strength from our own histories.

Participants often describe this workshop as both a profound personal experience and a powerful community-building one. You’ll leave with greater insight into your own reactions to anxiety, along with tools to feel more grounded, resourced, and in control in anxious times.

There will be some movement, with accommodations available for differing physical needs. All that’s asked is an open mind and a willingness to share space and reflection with others.
