After two incredible years of building a vibrant community at The Well, Jaime & Valerie are thrilled to expand their vision even further. In December 2024, they’re opening a second location right in the heart of Knowlton, nestled within the historic charm of l'Auberge Lakeview Inn. This new space will focus exclusively on Pilates Reformer classes, bringing precision, strength, and a unique wellness experience to even more of the community. There are only 6 participants per class, ensuring your experience feels personalized and specialized.
